Over the last three years I've very much appreciated Elmwood Construction's quality, experience, flexibility and pricing for a wide range of exterior and interior projects at our Newton and Cambridge properties. With our older commercial masonry buildings, Colm has performed numerous exterior projects including new concrete stairs, concrete repair, pointing, window caulking and EIFS repair. Elmwood has cut through brick for new interior doorways and installed steel frame doorway systems.

Elmwood's skilled masons are also skilled carpenters and I appreciate the quality of cabinetry details, sheetrock work and other office space renovations which have been performed for Fairlane Properties in Newton and Cambridge.
